Human Resource requests and issues can be captured across all channels throughout the organisation, with forms designed to log requests across web sites, contact centres, web-based staff portals and mobile devices. HRCasework’s integration tools can capture requests received by email whilst our Web Services API can be used if you want to develop your own forms.
HRCasework includes pre-designed forms (AAA accessible) that can be rapidly deployed on a website for employees to submit their requests – creating a case that can either be automatically assigned or placed in an assignment queue.
These forms can be customised and styled to meet the organisation’s own requirements. An optional feature also allows employees to securely track the progress of their request and add any additional information if required.
HRCasework can also provide a fully-featured self-service portal that allows employees to securely sign-in (this can be integrated with any existing authentication method), submit requests and view progress of any existing cases. The portal components can also be integrated into any existing on-line portal for employees.
