Privacy statement

Your business information will NOT be distributed to any outside mailing lists or other 3rd parties and you will NOT receive spam as a result of signing up.

What we collect:

• We collect personal information about you, your customers and other case contacts that you provide during the handling of casework. This includes names, telephone numbers, e-mail and postal addresses.
• We use cookies and other Internet technologies to manage our services.

What we do not do:

• We do not store any payment information
• We do not sell, rent, or give your personal, business and process information to any 3rd party.
• We do not use your information for any purpose other than those specifically disclosed in our terms and conditions statement
• We will protect and manage your information the same way we protect and manage our own company's property and information. Your satisfaction is our biggest concern.

After the service has been terminated we will provide you with a complete electronic copy of your data and destroy our own copy within one month of termination of the agreement. To help you make sense of the data and to support any subsequent migration, we provide a set of easy to use database views that may be accessed through any SQL based tool. Definitions of data views provided are available upon request.
